“Taco Tuesday in Tucson” is a column where we explore the unique tacos stands throughout Tucson… on Tuesdays.

It’s a day that’s loved by many because it involves delicious tacos, and luckily for Taco Tuesday fans in Tucson, there are more than enough options out there.

Each week, Ermanos Craft Beer & Wine Bar reveals its tacos of the day on Tuesday, and this week’s menu is has arrived to help you out before any planned Mardi Gras celebrations.

Today’s menu includes the following tacos and cocktail:

• Al Pastor – with onions, cilantro, and topped with pineapple rojo salsa
• Garlic Honey Stir Fry – with shishito peppers, Chinese long beans, corn, lentils, hemp seeds in fermented tequila garlic honey, and then topped with gochujang crema and dehydrated green onion
• Pineapple Sage Paloma – with Plantation Pineapple Rum, agave, lime, grapefruit, and topped with soda,  Grapefruit twist, and sage bundle garnish

The restaurant’s current hours of operation are 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. — plenty of time to enjoy these unique tacos on the go or while dining in.
