It’s a day that’s loved by many because it involves delicious tacos, and luckily for Taco Tuesday fans in Tucson, there are more than enough options out there.

This time around, we’re shining a light on the 420 Taco food truck, and not only because of its delicious tacos, but for its witty advertising — “We Smoke Everything.”

If you’ve caught the food truck while it’s out and about, dishing around its grub to those with the munchies, you most likely grasped a whiff of the appealing scents before approaching its menu.

All of 420 Taco’s meats are smoked “low and slow” before it creates a perfect union with the tortilla, and if a taco isn’t what your cravings are calling for, they’ve got sandwiches and quesadillas, too.
