This year, Whiskey Del Bac is celebrating 10 years of warming the bellies of whiskey lovers in Tucson and beyond. Now, they’re ready to release something new: High West Distillery Rye Finish Fall 2021 Distiller’s Cut.
It’s the first time they’ve released a Rye Finish whiskey and it’s going to be available to purchase on Monday, August 23 at the distillery or online.
With this season’s Distiller’s Cut release, which is $90 each, Whiskey Del Bac has it bottled at 111.4 proof and 55.7 percent ABV.
From the spec sheet:
Fall 2021 Distiller’s Cut is an expression of our classic Sonoran Single Malt aged gracefully in High West Distillery Rye Whiskey barrels. Aromas of black cherry and vanilla cola invite you to experience the peppery bite with baking spice and brown sugar to wash over your palate. The lingering velvety finish may force you to savor every last moment of your pour.
They’re only releasing 698 bottles and everyone’s limited to just three bottles per customer, so it may be wise to start planning your purchase sooner than later. Also, in the coming weeks, small distributions will be hitting shelves throughout Arizona, New York, and California.
Whiskey Del Bac is located at 2106 Forbes Blvd., Ste. 103. For more information, visit whiskeydelbac.com.
