The weather is coolin’ off but that doesn’t mean the local flavors are.

With the chilly season comes a new Fall/Winter menu at North Italia, which is serving up brand new dishes along with several ingredient updates to familiar signature items.

One of the new plates is the Spicy Breakfast Pizza alla Vodka, which is made with a vodka sauce base, smoked mozzarella, provolone, cipollini onions, Italian sausage, and pancetta.

Also, it’s topped with a couple of eggs with a drizzle of Calabrian chili oil, torn basil, fennel pollen, and pecorino Romano cheese — proving that pizza is great for any meal of the day.

Another dish that’s itchin’ to light up your taste buds is the Spicy Rigatoni.

It’s Rigatoni tossed in vodka sauce with burro fuso, crumbled Italian sausage, and pancetta, which is then finished with basil, grana Padano, and extra virgin olive oil.
