“Taco Tuesday in Tucson” is a column where we explore the unique taco stands throughout Tucson… on Tuesdays.

Borderlands Brewing Company has its flights of beer, but there’s another type of flight you should consider hopping on board with.

Pinches, the food truck located on the side of the brewery, serves up the perfect companion to your beer of choice. Sure, you can order a specific taco or multiple tacos, but the taco flight is a cure for indecisive eaters.

The taco flight comes with a Shrimp Taco, Barbacoa Taco, Buffalo Chicken Taco, and a Carne Asada Taco. Heck, you can order a flight and share the tacos with your buddies if you’re feeling generous enough.

Borderlands Brewing Company’s taproom hours are 4 – 1o p.m. on Monday, 4 – 11 p.m. on Tuesday, noon – 10 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Sunday.
