the tradition continues to grow

The 28th Annual Downtown Tucson Parade of Lights is taking it to the streets on Saturday, December 17.

The Parade of Lights is a longstanding tradition and family-friendly event that unites thousands of people from around town as they stroll through downtown. It always proves a welcoming way to celebrate the holiday season together while soaking in the beautifully lit trees and seasonally-inspired storefronts along the way.

The parade kicks off at 6:30 p.m. at the corner of 17th Street and Stone Avenue and will make its way downtown to Armory Park.

What’s to eat?

Attendees are encouraged to visit local downtown merchants, enjoy dinner, and capture memories along the light-filled promenades of downtown along the way.

Additionally, some of Tucson’s top food trucks will be posted up on 12th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenue, offering a wide variety of dining options throughout the evening.
