HighWire reveals new dishes & Sunday Brunch (MENU)

By Matt Sterner

HighWire is a Foodie 500 Restaurant Partner.

It’s been nearly two years since HighWire took over the former Independent Distillery building. The 3,000-square-foot space was gutted and revamped, making it the perfect space for incredible dining and live entertainment.

Just last Friday, the team added new items to both their Brunch and Courtyard Kitchen menus.

“We want our food to be as fun and easygoing as our cocktails,” said John Hardin, co-owner of HighWire. “We are known for our pearl shots and fun nightlife experience and this menu continues to add to that atmosphere!”

The new menu, which is available now, will continue to feature customer favorites like HighWire’s wings, Flaming Hot Brie, and Chicken & Waffles, but includes new bites like the Spicy Chicken Sandwich — spicy chicken breast drenched in a house hot sauce and between a toasted bun with pickles and aioli.

The Brunch menu — available all day on Sundays — has a couple of new dishes like Biscuits and Gravy, which comes with two flaky biscuits topped with either a housemade sausage gravy or shiitake mushroom gravy. Both have quite the kick and you’ve got the option to add bacon, turkey bacon, ham, or a fried egg for $2 each.
