Eating on the Cheap: $5 Meal Deals at Eegee’s

For more than 50 years, the local fast-food restaurant that’s been turnin’ heads and freezin’ brains. Lately, it’s been making its way into the national culinary scene but there’s a deal for the local folks.

Just in time for the hot, hot heat, Eegee’s is offering $4.99 Mega Deals at each of its multiple locations spread out around Tucson. This deal is a limited-time special — no word on when it’ll expire yet. The Meal Deal includes your favorite half-sized sub (not all sandwiches are part of the deal) and a small fountain drink. Keep in mind that this specific deal is available in-store only.

Meal Deal Sub Sandwiches

  • Original Grinder – Sliced ham, salami, provolone cheese, pickles, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cut onions, spices, pepperoncini, and their famous house dressing
  • Veggie Grinder – Swiss cheese, provolone cheese, pickles, fresh lettuce, cut tomatoes, onions, black olives, spices, pepperoncini, and their famous house dressing
  • Ham & Swiss Sub – Ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes
  • Turkey & Provolone Sub – Turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and pickles
  • Turkey, Ham, & Provolone Sub – Turkey, ham, provolone cheese, pickles, mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes
