Emili Krzyzanowski, the mastermind behind Humble Board, just became a member of SAACA’s CATALYST Creative Collective, located in the Tucson Mall at 4500 N. Oracle Rd. #110. However, we first want to let you know about an upcoming workshop she’s hosting this month.
Krzyzanowski has an in-person class on the horizon — one that’ll provide a step-by-step tutorial on how to style a personal charcuterie board that you can then take home with you.
The class will be held Tuesday, July 11 at 6 p.m. in the Poindexter Cafe at The Graduate Hotel, 930 E. Second St. near Main Gate Square. Tickets are $71 per person and $132 for two tickets.
“I’ll teach you how to make a Salami Rose, style cheeses, slice fruit in different ways to add texture as well as play with color and movement to make your board pop,” said Krzyzanowski.
Each and every participant will also get a complimentary glass of house wine (21+) or a non-alcoholic beverage while creating the edible art.

If you’ve yet to stop by CATALYST Creative Collective by SAACA, the Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance, it’s a gathering and learning space for all things creative — a space full of art that’ll have you wandering around with your eyes wide open for several minutes.
So, this means that Humble Board will be creating its visually stunning and massive charcuterie boards — known as Grazing Tables — out of SAACA’s beautiful prep kitchen. Additionally, Humbe Board offers regular-sized charcuterie boards for smaller gatherings, which can be ordered online.
From now on, any pick-up orders can be picked up at CATALYST Creative Collective, and the best entrance is on the first level, Entrance 3, over near Sears.
Humble Board is a very unique culinary experience with its jumbo Grazing Tables, showcasing a lavish assortment of meat, cheese, fruit, and vegetables.
With a background that includes cheese-making on a goat farm, Krzyzanowski, the mastermind behind Humble Boards, expertly crafts two varieties of Grazing Tables capable of satisfying even the most voracious appetites of crowds exceeding 25 guests.
At the moment, Krzyzanowski’s creations are available in all of Arizona and she offers pick-up options and board delivery in all areas of Tucson. If you’re outside of Tucson, your location is subject to a travel fee.
Humble Board is also a Restaurant Partner, meaning all Foodie 500 members can partake in specials like a $20 voucher toward online to-go board orders and a $75 voucher for any Grazing Table order.
