The Lord of the Rings dinner at The Still

Vero Amore to Host an 11-Course Lord of the Rings-themed Dinner at ‘The Still’

September 14, 2023
By Matt Sterner

One meal to rule ’em all…

If you’ve never had the chance to nerd out about a dinner, here’s your chance. Gather up your dearest friends from The Shire because Vero Amore is hosting an 11-course dinner inspired by “The Lord of the Rings” at The Still — the restaurant’s hidden speakeasy at 2920 N. Swan Rd.

The feast that’s fit for a Hobbit is happening on Friday, September 22.

And, just in case you read too fast or somehow missed the mention in the prior sentence, this meal has a total of 11 courses (Elevenses) at The Shire, I mean, The Still. At least four of the dishes on the menu are influenced by key components of the Elevenses guidelines, such as Second Breakfast.

“We’ve had one, yes. What about second breakfast?”

Also, if you’re a Tucson Foodie Insider, keep an eye out for an email from us for details on an exclusive perk for this event. Fuzzy feet or not, this dinner will be a blast.
