Eat Well, Live Well. That’s been the mantra since Nook first opened its doors nearly a decade ago. Nikki Thompson and her husband Matt Thompson have been keeping things fresh at the downtown restaurant over the years, serving light breakfasts, classic brunch bites, and creative lunches.
On Saturday, March 2, the Thompsons and the rest of the team at Nook are celebrating its ninth birthday at 1 E. Congress St. Stop by, wish them a happy birthday, and dig into something tasty to get your day started.
Speaking of which, Nook will have a birthday special on Saturday. You can get the Breakfast Nook for just $9 (normally $13) and free mini chocolate chip cookies with your meal.
The team at Nook will also be handing out gift certificate giveaways throughout brunch. Keep an eye out!
Nikki and Matt crossed paths at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 2003, embarking on their culinary journey together. Following their graduation two years later, they ventured to Oahu, Hawaii, as part of their apprenticeship, immersing themselves in the vibrant culinary scene and embracing the renowned aloha spirit while honing their knife skills.
Nook is located at 1 E. Congress St. For more information, call (520) 622-6665 and visit nookdowntown.com.
