All-You-Can-Eat Barbecue Joint ‘Kotu Korean BBQ’ is Now Open

May 10, 2024
By Matt Sterner

After a successful soft opening on Wednesday, May 1, the brand-new concept, Kotu Korean BBQ, has officially opened its doors to the public at 4545 N. Oracle Rd.

Each of the tables inside Kotu’s dining room will come equipped with a small grill in the center. The team brings out your desired meats and proteins (raw) and you grill away, ordering as much as your stomach can handle.

You have two hours to munch down on as much as you can and then they give you a “last call” 20 minutes before your time is up. There are a couple of all-you-can-eat options, too — the Classic for $39 and the Premium for $47.

  • Beef – choice of brisket, short plate, finger rib, Black Angus strip loin
  • Marinated Beef – choice of beef bulgogi, LA-style short rib, Black Angus boneless short rib
  • Pork – choice of pork belly, thinly sliced pork belly, pork collar steak, pork jowl
  • Marinated Pork – choice of spicy pork and pork collar
  • Marinated Chicken – choice of spicy chicken thigh and soy garlic chicken
  • Everything listed above plus…
  • Black Angus hand-cut short rib, Black Angus marinated short rib, cowboy ribeye, and beef tongue
Sides

Additionally, there are plenty of sides to add to the table like grilled corn with cheese, Kimchi fried rice, popcorn chicken, fried shrimp, and more.

They’re also serving Soju — a distilled, grain-based alcohol commonly referred to as Korea’s national drink.

The restaurant’s current hours of operation are 5 – 10 p.m. on Sunday-Thursday and 5 – 11 p.m. on Friday-Saturday. However, on Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 12), the restaurant will be open earlier at 11 a.m. and then close at 10 p.m.

Kotu Korean BBQ is located at 4545 N. Oracle Rd. For more information, follow Kotu Korean BBQ on Instagram.
