The 8th Annual Red, White & Brew returns to Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort! Join them on Wednesday, July 3 from 6 – 9 p.m. for an exciting evening featuring unlimited beer tastings from Arizona breweries, an American Independence Day-inspired buffet, and live music! Enjoy their beautiful resort grounds, delicious cuisine, and lively entertainment during this unforgettable celebration. 

Live blues music will be performed by The Bad News Blues Band.

$70 per adult. Includes beer tastings, craft non-alcoholic beverages, and a buffet.

Eat Well & Age Gracefully: Dim Sum & Then Some with Chef Barry Infuso. Sponsored by AARP, the class is free.

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated or boring while enjoying a variety of foods from different food groups – fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, legumes, dairy products, and healthy fats.

In this Eat Well & Age Gracefully series class, sponsored by AARP, Veggie Dim Sum with Dipping Sauce, Almond Cookies, and Tea are on Chef Barry Infuso’s menu. Joining Chef Barry will be a very special guest – his wife, Jashio Pei – who’ll take you on a culinary journey reflecting her heritage.  

You’ll learn the secrets to creating the perfect dough, the art of folding your potstickers, and how to cook them to achieve that irresistible crispy bottom.
