Obon Sushi Bar Ramen will host its third Bluefin Tuna Dinner on Thursday, Dec. 11. Organizers promise a rare whole tuna breakdown and a seven-course menu that highlights the versatility of sustainable bluefin.
The dinner starts at 6 p.m. at 350 E. Congress Street. Guests should arrive at 5 p.m. for a 30 minute social hour that includes cocktails and hors d’oeuvre.
Chefs will break down a whole bluefin tuna in front of the guests. The team will then prepare a guided, seven-course dinner paired with in-house beverages.
