Forget everything you think you know about bingo. No church basement folding chairs. No lukewarm coffee. We’re taking the most chaotic game on earth, dressing it in gourmet smash burgers and faux Negronis, and turning Monday night into the place to be.
On Monday, June 29 at 6 p.m., Tucson Doobie is throwing an all-inclusive evening of food, cannabis activations, and the kind of competitive bingo energy that makes grown adults gasp over a free space. Grab your friends. Grab your daubers. This one’s special.
If you know, you know — and if you don’t, you’re about to. Bisou Burger is Tucson’s rising smash burger truck, the brainchild of co-owners William Jacobs and Jeff Garland, two chefs who met in the kitchen at Tito & Pep before deciding the world needed better burgers. It started with big parties at their house. Then they started charging for those big parties. Pop-ups followed, collaborations around town followed, and a devoted following followed all of it.
The menu stays small, the sourcing stays intentional, and the truck moves where the community gathers. Scratch cooking, tight execution, no gimmicks — just a perfectly crisp-edged smash burger that tastes like it knows exactly what it’s doing.
And yes — a vegan option is available, because nobody should have to play bingo on an empty stomach.
This is the all-inclusive part, and we mean all:
This night wouldn’t pop the way it’s about to without Prime Leaf Dispensary and Trulieve, who are bringing the activations and the good energy. Come say hi, see what they’ve got going on, and lean into the experience.
If you’re a Doobie or Foodie member, you’ve got a special member discount waiting on your tickets. Check your email for the details and your code. (Not a member yet? This is your sign.)

This is community, comfort food, and a little competitive chaos all under one roof. Bring your crew, bring your luck, and we’ll handle the rest.
Get in, losers — we’re going to bingo.
