The Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance and the Town of Sahuarita will host the Sahuarita Oktoberfest on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025. The event runs 5–8:30 p.m. at Sahuarita Lake Park and offers free admission.
Local vendors will serve bratwurst, pretzels, gingerbread cookies, vegan schnitzel, and custom Oktoberfest-inspired drinks. Featured food partners include Haus of Brats, Papa’s Pretzels, The Desert Rose Mobile, and Lovin Spoonfuls Vegan Restaurant.
The beer garden will highlight German classics and local craft beers such as Paulaner Munich Lager, Warsteiner Oktoberfest, Radeberger Pils, and Pueblo Vida’s Festbier Hef.
Retro Polka 7 will provide traditional polka and swing sets. Accordionist Peter Kron will perform, while Lajkonik Tucson presents folk dances with a workshop for guests.
Festival contests include the Sahuarita Sausage Toss at 6:15 p.m. and the first Stein Holding Challenge at 7:15 p.m. Families can join Pumpkin Bowling, Pretzel Toss, and cookie decorating. A free photo booth and youth art activities round out the night.
Parking is available on-site, with overflow at Anza Trail Park and along Camino Lago Azul. Guests should bring blankets or chairs for amphitheater seating
