• Crispy Oyster Mushroom Po’ Boy (Vegan) – Crispy local oyster mushrooms, Fresno remoulade, house pickles, rocket and curly endive salad with Dijon herb dressing, and sliced tomato on a French roll. Choice of side.
• SRW Burger – Prime Arizona beef, truffle gouda, bacon onion jam, horseradish chive aioli, grilled tomato, and dressed greens on a brioche bun. Choice of side.
• Coffee-Cured Pork Belly Tacos – Crispy pork belly, escabeche, salsa negra, avocado crema, and cotija cheese. Served with pico de gallo, lime wedges, cabbage, and charro beans.
