Plan Your Perfect Agave Heritage Festival Week in Tucson

Mar 31, 20264 min read

Every April, Tucson leans into its desert roots, and few celebrations capture that spirit quite like the Agave Heritage Festival. Part cultural exchange, part culinary playground, and part deep dive into one of the Southwest’s most iconic plants, the festival offers something for every kind of attendee. Whether you’re chasing rare mezcal pours, exploring ancient agave traditions, or simply looking for a lively night out, the week unfolds like a choose-your-own adventure across the city.

This year’s lineup makes it even easier to navigate, thanks to a growing mix of tastings, workshops, dinners, and immersive experiences tailored to distinct interests. From history buffs and eco-minded desert lovers to cocktail nerds and high-energy partygoers, each path offers a different way to experience agave culture in Tucson.
