Tilted Kilt will open in the former Risky Business at 250 S. Craycroft on Monday, August 18.
The sports bar chain that harkens back to classic English and American pubs, complete with Celtic decor will feature 36 beers on tap, and more large screen plasma TVs than you can shake a stick at. In addition to the numerous flat screens, Tilted Kilt will feature a 126âł HDTV âwallâ made up of 9 42âł televisions sets.
Tilted Kiltâs menu consists of standard pub fare â nachos, cheese sticks, spinach artichoke dip, fish and chips, and the like â with a few standout variations:
- Irish Nachos (Fresh-cooked crispy potato chips covered with Guinness cheese sauce, seasoned ground beef and tomatoes)
- Pub Pretzels (Bavarian style soft-baked pretzels with Guinness cheese sauce).
- Shepherdâs Pie (Seasoned ground beef, carrots, peas and mushroom gravy topped with red skin mashed potatoes and parmesan cheese served with garlic bread)
- Irish Stew (Tender beef pot roast, red potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and peas slow-cooked in Guinness beef stock )

And, if youâre the Hooters type, this just might be your new joint. Tilted Kilt servers, referred to as cast members, are all females that wear mini-kilts with a heavy cleavage revealing top. If you remember Britney Spearsâ schoolgirl outfit in the Hit Me Baby One More Time video, well⌠sheâd be hired in an instant. Men are hired, as well, but only as bartenders.
