AAA is inviting members to experience their top-rated establishments during a nationwide Taste of Diamonds tour. On September 28, AAA is featuring two of Sedona’s Four Diamond restaurants, L’Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek at L’Auberge de Sedona and Che-Ah-Chi at Enchantment Resort.

From 4:30 to 8:30pm, guests will enjoy food and drink pairings during four courses between the two resorts.

AAA Taste of Diamonds L’Auberge Restaurant Menu

First Course

  • House-made Burrata
  • Smoked Lamb Neck – Apricot yogurt, maple coriander, autumn greens
  • Paired with Clos Pegase, Carneros, California, Chardonnay

Second Course

  • Fish
  • Charred Spanish Octopus
  • Savory Apple Granola – Squash mousseline, creek lettuce
  • Paired with Row Eleven, Santa Maria Hills, California, Pinot Noir

AAA Taste of Diamonds Che-Ah-Chi Menu

Third Course

  • Slow-braised Beeler’s Pork Cheeks – Butternut squash caponata, house-puffed chicharrón, basil puree
  • Paired with Wayfarer Pinot Noir, Wayfarer Vineyard, Fort Ross-Seaview 2012

Dessert

  • Flavors of Carrot Cake – Carrot sponge, sweet ricotta cheesecake, brown butter gelato, ginger-walnut crumble

If you plan to make a weekend of it, AAA Four Diamond L’Auberge de Sedona and Enchantment Resort are offering room specials the night of the event for Taste of Diamonds guests.

For rooms at L’Auberge de Sedona and their sister property Orchards Inn, book online or call 1-844-258-2149 and mention the Taste of Diamonds event. For rooms at The Enchantment Resort, call 480-758-5742 and reference the Taste of Diamonds event for special rate assistance.

Transportation between the restaurants will be provided. Seats are $125 per person for members, and $135 for non-members. Call 602-241-2946 to register.

Customers can stop in between now and Saturday for one last meal. The team plans to sell down its inventory, though it hopes to have favorite dishes available. Regular hours remain 9am-3pm through the final day.

“Running this kitchen has been a labor of love, but the numbers just aren’t adding up anymore, and as parents, we have to make the hard choice to step back and take care of what matters most at home.”
