Northeast Tucson’s Kalina Russian Cuisine recently debuted a to-die-for Vodka & Caviar Bar. Seriously, if you haven’t tried caviar paired with vodka, it’s a great way to experience it. Fortunately, vodka and caviar isn’t all the fine folks at Kalina offer. This month, Kalina Russian Cuisine is hosting Russian Beer Tastings on Thursday, November 13 and 20.

A five-course menu should soak up the assortment of Russian beers you’ll have the opportunity to taste with traditional Russian classics such as Mushroom Stroganoff and Cabbage Stuffed with Beef and Rice. And, don’t let the term ‘stroganoff’ scare you away if you tend to associate it with airplanes and TV dinners. This is the real deal stroganoff from old Russian family recipes.

Dinner is $40 per person with a pre-paid reservation and starts at 6:30 p.m.
