Since Tucson became the first city in the U.S. to be named a City of Gastronomy, chef Janos Wilder and others have traveled to other “sister” cities around the world to share the region’s culinary history and unique foods.
Now, Wilder is ready to share the flavors he’s collected. The culinary tour is making the summer’s final pit stop in Burgos, Spain.

The menu is available for more than a month at DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails. Take a glance at the menu to give your taste buds something to look forward to.

To start things off and really get things heated, the Green Valley Village Farmers & Artisans Market, Trail Dust Town, and Oro Valley Farmers Market will be roasting and offering chile-themed specials from several vendors.

Chase Lock was diagnosed with cancer at the age of two, and while undergoing treatment for choroid plexus carcinoma brain cancer the Butterfinger Milkshake was the six-year-old’s favorite treat.
What’s in a Chase’s Shake, you might ask? It’s a Butterfinger-flavored milkshake containing vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and crushed pieces of Butterfinger, of course.
