Traditional Peruvian cooking is one of the original fusion cuisines.
Classic dishes like Seafood Ceviche and Pollo a la Brasa (grilled or roasted chicken) bring together a unique combination of native Incan recipes using indigenous ingredients, and influences from European settlers and immigrants.
On Saturday, June 27, from 11am to 3pm, you’ll have an opportunity to learn how to create classic Peruvian dishes like a native at Acacia Real Food & Cocktails.
Special guest Chef Sybil Parsa, a Le Cordon Bleu School of London graduate, will be joining Chef Albert Hall and Chef Brian Smith to demonstrate how to prepare her favorite meals.
$55 gets you lunch, recipes and adult beverages.
If you prefer to skip the legwork, Acacia is offering a new way to spend your coveted summer evenings. Nearly the entire week is packed with specials on food, cocktails and wine, as well as live musical entertainment.
These specials are in addition to summer happy hour deals, all coming in under $6. From 4 to 7pm, enjoy $2 off all well drinks, wines by the glass and all bar food items, as well as half-price draft beers, $5 margaritas and $6 small plate selections.
