How and when did you first become interested in beer?
While stationed in Germany as a Russian Linguist for the US Army.
What do you think you bring to the brewing game that makes you stand out?
At Sentinel Peak, we try to keep things simple and straightforward. We focus on keeping beers to style with ingredients and techniques that people are familiar with and provide flavors they expect, then just add a touch of our personality to make them truly ours. We also bring an element of the fire station to our brews (the three owners are still full-time firefighters) by serving a super spicy seven-chile brew that is by far the hottest in Tucson, and probably the state. Proceeds benefit Firefighters vs. Autism, a charity we believe in and are honored to support.
