Start Valentine’s weekend off with a special pairing dinner at BOCA Tacos y Tequila. This Friday, Chef Maria Mazon has teamed up with Three Wells Distilling Company to cook up what is sure to be a delicious menu and entertaining event.
As the Leila Lopez Band plays in the background, Chef Mazon and the Three Wells team will lead a conversation about their Southwestern-inspired Sonora spirits.
While the flight menu is under wraps, Chef Mazon did reveal the first course on Facebook: a colorful Grilled Calamari & Kumquat Salad.
The first 20 people to buy a flight get a ticket to a “Build a Gin” workshop at Three Wells Distilling on March 5 or March 12. The workshops will invite guests to visit the distillery, pick out botanicals and run the R&D still, named “Little Ugly.” At the end, guests will have the opportunity to taste their creations.
Boca began serving Three Wells spirits alongside their tacos and salsa creations last November. The prickly pear spirits are also available at Playground, Vero Amore and Rum Runner.
