Pork Lover’s Delight with Chef Tom Gerlak

Saturday, April 23 at 11 a.m. • $60 per person

As the Executive Chef for Doubletree Hotels in both Tucson and New Orleans, Chef Tom Gerlak is no stranger to bold flavors. Learn to make pan-seared pork tenderloin, spinach citrus salad, strawberries framboise, and more. Chef Gerlak is also the owner of Ice T Ice Art and will teach some specialty ice carving techniques.

Upcoming Events at the Carriage House:
  • Tuesday, April 26 at 6 p.m. – Gourmet Girls Gluten Free Bakery Bistro co-owner and Chef Mary Steiger will help you learn how to make gourmet gluten-free creations. You’ll almost feel guilty for enjoying gluten-free penne with bacon, butternut squash and Brussels sprouts. French bread is also featured, as well as chocolate cake with black pepper balsamic-macerated strawberries and whipped Chantilly cream. $60 per person.
  • Saturday, April 30 at 11 a.m. –  Chef Michael Elefante from Mama Louisa’s will show you the versatility of pasta made from scratch with dishes such as pappardelle with roasted peppers, arugula, roasted chicken and shaved dry jack, beet orecchiette and more. $60 per person.
