Enjoy the cuisine from Chef de Cuisine Ryan Clark paired with wine alongside representatives of Caymus Vineyards at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 15 at PY Steakhouse.

The first five courses will be paired with five premier wines from California, complete with details from the Caymus representatives. The sixth course will be various mignardises, which are bite-sized desserts.

Featured wine regions include Napa Valley, Russian River Valley, and the Santa Lucia Highlands.

The final wine of the night is Caymus Cabernet, which exhibits rich aromas and flavors including cocoa, blackcurrants and vanilla.

Seats are $65 per person plus gratuity.

Second Course
  • Ahi Tuna Carpaccio – Apple three ways, cucumber, soy pearls, crispy shallot

Third Course
  • Wild Mushroom Salad – Burrata, local emmer, lemon
  • Paired with Boen Pinot Noir
Fourth Course
  • Pan-Seared Duck Breast – Cauliflower, cherry reduction
  • Paired with Beran Napa Valley Zinfandel
Fifth Course
  • Grilled Bison Tenderloin – Chimichurri sauce, demi, fresh black truffles
  • Paired with Caymus Napa Cabernet
Sixth Course
  • Assorted Mignardises
