While Mama Louisa’s makes pasta worth drooling over, did you know they also have mad pizza game as well?

To celebrate some newly-launched pizzas, Mama Louisa’s is hosting a pizza party with free slices on Saturday, January 27.

Although a picky child will unhesitatingly devour these pizzas, gourmands will appreciate the not-your-everyday-toppings — goat head peppers, fresh artichokes, house-made mozzarella, and balsamic cipollini onions to name a few.

Forbes Meat Company is working on some cured meats for these gourmet pies as well.

To top it off, Barrio Brewing Co. will be on site handing out beer samples.

Mama Louisa’s New Pizzas

• Lord Mortemort – mortadella, goat head peppers, artichoke, parmesan
• Il Padrino – soppressata, basil, house-made mozzarella, chili oil
• Mama’s White Pie – garlic olive oil, balsamic cipollini onions, 18-month prosciutto de parma, parmesan, parsley
