Many don’t need a reason to drink beer, but this calls for a celebration.
Over the course of three days, Dragoon Brewing Company will celebrate their sixth anniversary beginning Thursday, April 19 and wrapping up Saturday, April 21.
This year, Dragoon will be collaborating with local restaurants, releasing new brews, selling limited edition merchandise, giving brewery tours, and you can even play pinball with the opportunity to win prizes.
So, pick a day to celebrate with the brewery or attend all three days because it’s sure to be a blast.
From 7 – 10 p.m., Seis Kitchen is hosting a five-course meal paired with five Dragoon beers, and you’ll be able try the new anniversary Russian Imperial Stout named The Siete. The menu will be announced soon.
Tickets are $45 per person and space is limited, so you’ll want to purchase your tickets online ahead of time.
Head to the brewery from 3 – 10 p.m. to try the new can release their sixth anniversary Russian Imperial Stout, The Siete.
Also, to satisfy those that are fond of sweets, Krista Owens of Loews Ventana Canyon will be whipping up beer floats.
From noon – 10 p.m., take part in open play pinball with prizes for anyone topping the scoreboard, all while tasting the new Pony Express, Dragoon’s 100% Brett IPA.
Also, pick up some of the limited edition merchandise, take a brewery tour, and grab a bite from The Blacktop Grill, and the release of Pony Express. The Blacktop Grill offers Latin fusion eats, such as their Hawaiian dog and Melted Mozzarella Quesadilla.
Late last year, Dragoon finished expanding its brewing capacity by installing a new three-vessel, 30-barrel brewhouse, allowing them to produce year-round beers like the Dragoon IPA, Stronghold Session Ale, and the Santa Cruz’R Golden Ale.
