Happy Hour: it’s what’s for dinner.

That’s not always the case, but it’s safe to say you’ll find something that’s fulfilling enough to call it a night at The Horseshoe Grill with their well-balanced Happy Hour appetizers.

From 4 – 6 p.m. every Tuesday to Sunday the menu is flooded with drink and food specials. If you’ve been to The Horseshoe Grill in the past then you’re aware of their house margaritas and wines, domestic and craft beer, and the signature Bloody Marys.

When it comes to the cuisine, nearly everything you order off of the menu is smoked and grilled over mesquite wood. It’s a technique that’s native to the southwest United States and Mexico — giving a deep down home, sweet flavor.

One of the highlights of the Happy Hour menu is the shrimp cocktail.

Each of the prawns has traveled far from the sea and straight onto the grill as they’re cooked over a mesquite wood fire, but then chilled before served in the cocktail glass. Are you salivating yet?
