As a way to get Arizona Beer Week up and running, Ten55 Brewing and Sausage House is hosting a family-style dinner from 7 – 10 p.m. on Thursday, February 7.
This is the first in a series of intimate dinners hosted by executive chef Ivor Cryderman in their downtown location. First up, they’ve collaborated with Ben Forbes of Forbes Meat Company in order to take your taste buds to another level.
Another fun addition to the featured La Ferme Grisette, Sonoran Dunkelweiss, and Belgian IPA, Ten55 Brewing will be cracking open a special bottle or two from their cellars.

Ten55 “Call Me Big BIPA” is now on tap! We’ve revived the Belgian IPA and it’s tasting bomb-tastic! Juicy citrus and orange flavors dance with delightful Belgian yeast esters in a medium bodied ale with the slightest hint of pine bitterness before finishing bright and crisp. Refreshing to the last drop. Let it warm a bit for even more of that Belgian signature. An elevated 8.2% ABV and 77 IBUs
Tickets are $80 per person and can be reserved by calling (520) 777-7877. Another thing to keep in mind, seating is limited to just 25 people — so don’t miss out.
Ten55 Brewing and Sausage House is located at 110 E. Congress St. For more information, visit Ten55 Brewing and Sausage House’s Facebook event page.
