New dinner series at the downtown brewery featuring Forbes Meat Co.

(GMT-07:00)

As a way to get Arizona Beer Week up and running, Ten55 Brewing and Sausage House is hosting a family-style dinner from 7 – 10 p.m. on Thursday, February 7.

This is the first in a series of intimate dinners hosted by executive chef Ivor Cryderman in their downtown location. First up, they’ve collaborated with Ben Forbes of Forbes Meat Company in order to take your taste buds to another level.

Another fun addition to the featured La Ferme Grisette, Sonoran Dunkelweiss, and Belgian IPA, Ten55 Brewing will be cracking open a special bottle or two from their cellars.
