Cafe Botanica is serving up the next Farm to Fork Summer Feast series, “Modern Food Heroes in the Sonoran Desert” from 6 – 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 15.
Aside from the soothing sound of chattering birds and the sweet aroma of blooming flowers, the feast is inspired by local farms and vineyards — highlighting what is farmed and cultivated in the Sonoran Desert.
This time around, guests will be joined by Erik Stanford of Pivot Produce. Stanford will be speaking about how he brings different farmers and food producers together in the region, which then gets that local food into local restaurants and businesses.

Tickets are $75 per person and you can make a reservation by calling (520) 445-5394.
Tucson Botanical Gardens is located at 2150 N. Alvernon Way. For more information, call (520) 445-5394 or visit tucsonbotanical.org.
