New changes and additions at the restaurant

A lot of has happened since they temporarily closed in early July. You’ll notice some fresh changes to the restaurant’s socially distanced dining room, an expanded and redesigned patio experience, and also a brand new ordering process at the ice cream shop.

Most importantly, some of the most beloved dishes are returning to the menu.

“We’re looking forward to bringing back the Prime Fries, House-Made Pastrami, HUB Burger, pot pies, and salads that we know guests have missed over the past few months,” said executive chef, David Bishow. “It feels good to be back in the kitchen, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to our table.”

Therefore, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch service will be returning.

Also, as part of Sonoran Restaurant Week, HUB’s award-winning ice cream will be available in 24 flavors, including Bourbon Almond Brittle and Salted Caramel, will be available on Friday, October 2. Additionally, there’s a three-course dinner you’ll want to consider during the annual celebration.
