Treat your taste buds with these new bites
Winter is wrapping things up and with the upcoming season comes a handful of new Spring menu items at HUB Restaurant & Ice Creamery.
The new bites combine seasonal ingredients like strawberries and citrus while staying within reach of the comfort food many have come to familiarize themselves with at HUB. Feast your eyes on the following items like the return of the crowd-pleasing Classic Meatloaf, an ode to southwestern flavors with Tucson Loaded Fries, and a couple of new salads, too.

MUSHROOM FLATBREAD
smoked criminis, double cream brie, oven-roasted tomatoes, arugula, aged balsamic
AVOCADO TOAST
house-smoked salmon, wild arugula salad, queso fresco, grilled pumpernickel
TUCSON LOADED FRIES
salsa verde, pico de gallo, grilled serranos, avocado, HUB cheese, queso fresco
QUINOA CAPRESE
marinated mozzarella, oven-roasted tomatoes, pickled red onions, basil pesto vinaigrette
SPINACH AND STRAWBERRIES SALAD
feta, shaved red onions, toasted almonds, sherry vinaigrette
CLASSIC MEATLOAF
rosemary parmesan mashed potatoes, charred broccolini, mushroom bacon gravy

avocado crema, heirloom black rice, wild arugula salad, grilled orange
