Tucson Foodie and its sister company, Tucson Doobie, are excited to announce our upcoming Cannabis-Infused Dinner Series, a unique and unforgettable dining experience sure to delight your senses.
Aptly named the Stoney Summer Supper Series, this exciting dining experience will take place over four months. Each month features a five-course fine dining dinner with menus carefully crafted by renowned local chefs and paired with non-alcoholic adult beverages curated by Choice & Co.
“We wanted to create an event that celebrates the intersection of the culinary arts and the medicinal benefits of cannabis, all while providing a unique community experience,” said Chrissy Mance of Tucson Doobie. “Our chefs have crafted menus that showcase the versatility of this plant and highlight its unique flavors.”
The Stoney Summer Supper Series kicks off Saturday, June 24, and features chef Riley Chandler’s interpretation of Italiano-Sonoran Cuisine. Each course will be infused with high-quality cannabis products sourced from local dispensaries and genetics company Mantis Seeds, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
“We’ve worked closely with our partners to select the best products for our dishes,” said Mance. “We want to showcase the complexity and depth of flavors that cannabis can bring to a meal.”
Rouse your palette with courses like Peach and Mustard Seed Gazpacho, Clam and Sicilian Sausage Linguine, Mesquite Smoked Duck Breast, and more. Each course will be expertly paired with beverages from Choice and Co. Imbibe your taste buds in delicious offerings like non-alcoholic Negroni, Rosé with thyme, corn-infused Sangria Blanco, and more. Concluding the dinner is the fifth course featuring a delicate and creamy cannoli handmade by the local company Mafia Kitchen.
General Admission to the dinner is $175 per person. VIP admission is now sold out.
In addition to the five-course meal, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with chef Riley and Jennifer English of Choice & Co. Guests will also leave with commemorative swag bags including select items from Downtown Dispensary, Divine Elements, Simply Professional Formula, and Outlaw Edibles.
