Get ready as the Gastronomic Union of Tucson (GUT) gears up for a culinary adventure that spans the globe, right here in Tucson. The highly-anticipated Global Flavors Fall Festival makes its return, promising an evening of delicious surprises that will include live music and plenty of fun for all ages.
Mark your calendars for Sunday, October 1, from 5 – 8 p.m. at the charming Tucson Village Farm.
Prepare your taste buds for a special culinary celebration as renowned GUT chefs showcase their talents using fresh ingredients from Tucson Village Farm’s harvest.
But the real magic of the evening is the teamwork between GUT chefs and the Iskashitaa Refugee Network, who represent various global backgrounds. Together, they’ll create a diverse range of international flavors, reflecting the rich culinary tapestry that makes Tucson’s food scene so vibrant.
Tickets to the event are $55 each with a portion of proceeds being donated to the Iskashitaa Refugee Network, making it easy and affordable for you to savor a globally-infused farm-to-table experience while making a lasting impact.
As you enjoy the culinary creations presented by each duo, you’ll also be treated to tunes from DJ BigNut and as well as live music from local musicians, creating the ultimate atmosphere for a fall night of celebration. The Fall Festival will also have exciting prize raffles, a silent auction, classic carnival games, and the always-popular dunk-a-chef booth — chefs beware!
No culinary event is complete without something to wash down all of those vibrant flavors. A selection of aguas frescas will be available as well as adult beverages for those who prefer something a bit stronger as they toast the season.
The Global Flavors Fall Festival isn’t just about food and fun; it’s also about community. By supporting this event, you’re helping Tucson’s culinary scene thrive while supporting the Iskashitaa Refugee Network’s important work in our community.
