If the cooler weather and twinkling lights around town are any indications, it’s time to start planning your Christmas Eve and Christmas Day feasts. Treat your ‘elf to a day free of cooking with these take-home and dine-in options. You’ll find the likes of hefty feasts, upscale dinners, brunch banquets, and classic cuisine.
Pay close attention to the dates because some of these dinners are happening before others. Also, we’ll be updating this list as we get closer to Christmas Day.
On Monday, December 25, the classic video store and bar will be showing the movie “Die Hard” at 7 p.m. Stop by your favorite restaurant beforehand for takeout and enjoy it at Casa Video.

The resort is hosting two meals this holiday season! First, a Christmas brunch on Monday, December 25 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Seats are $89.50 for adults, $28 for kids (six to 12 years old), and free for those any younger.
Savor the magic of Christmas Dinner in the enchanting ambiance of Epazote! Gather your loved ones for a festive feast on Monday, December 25. Seats are $62 per person. Check out the menu online.

Govinda’s is open on Monday, December 25 from noon – 5 p.m. and will be serving the following menu (keep scrolling).
From 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Sunday, December 24, they’ll have holiday favorites including turkey, prime rib, smoked salmon, and desserts. It’s $90 for adults, $50 for kids between the ages of six to 12 years old, and anyone younger is free. Call (520) 529-3500 for reservations.
Celebrate Christmas Eve at Maynard’s with its special prefixed menu! Make sure to snag your table before they’re all booked up and treat yourself to a festive feast.
Heads up! This dinner is happening earlier and Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus will be at the steakhouse. There was a dinner on December 10 but another is happening on Sunday, December 17. If you’d like to eat dinner with the dude in the red suit, call (520) 296-0911 to make a reservation.

Perfect for your next holiday party, this classic Mediterranean dessert is made in-house with crunchy layers of phyllo dough topped with honey and pistachios. El Charro Cafe, Charro Steak & Del Rey, Charro Vida, and The Monica are celebrating the 12 Days of Christmas with special meals from Wednesday, December 13 – Sunday, December 24.
Throughout December, True Food Kitchen is offering a three-course holiday menu for two at $75, this includes a holiday tasting tower, two entrées, and desserts to share. For a more casual celebration, kick off the festivities with a holiday tasting tower for two, priced at $30. Looking for a complement to your meal, try their holiday cocktail-tasting flight at $15 per person.
