Get ready for an evening of fine dining, excellent wine, and fun! Mark your calendars for Monday, January 8 for an exclusive “Olivier Leflaive Wine Dinner” at Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort.

From 5 – 9:30 p.m., you’ll go on a flavorful six-course culinary journey paired with six different Olivier Leflaive wines.

Seats at the table are $225 per person — seating is limited, so don’t miss out!

  • RĂ©ception L’Aperitif – Lobster Thermidor En Croute and a glass of CrĂ©mant de Bourgogne Famille Vincent
  • Le Poisson – Pan Fried Dover Sole Fillet paired with Bourgogne Blanc Les Setilles
  • Le Salade – Duck Confit Aux Cresson Salade with Bourgogne Rouge Cuvee Margot
  • L’Entree – Charred Osseline de Bifteck – Bistro Tender paired with Bourgogne Rouge Volnay
  • Le Plat Principal – Skillet Seared Pork Tenderloin harmonized with Bourgogne Rouge Pommard
  • Grand Dessert Finale – Walnut Financier and a Cognac CafĂ© Cocktail
