Saturday Nights: Surf N Turf
$35 per person
Includes a house salad with grilled New York strip, butter-poached jumbo prawns, charred scallion hollandaise, caramelized shallot and basil mash, and grilled asparagusÂ
Sunday Nights: Prime Rib
Jazz band performs from 5 – 7 p.m.

The resort is open from 2 – 9 p.m. on Monday – Thursday, 2 – 9 p.m. on Friday (drinks are available until 10 p.m.), and then 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Saturday – Sunday (drinks until 10 p.m.).
