Wee-ooo, wee-ooo, wee-ooo! Wing alert, wing alert! Happy wing Wednesday!
This month I went to three different spots. Each wing was unique and delicious — you might be pleasantly surprised to find wings at these particular restaurants.
Chicken wings are not on their menu. What is? Is their perfectly smoked chicken, that
contained one perfectly smoked chicken wing. Juicy, flavorful, fall off the bone, and perfectly seasoned skin. Dip it in their mole barbecue sauce and it will turn any bad day into a great one. All their barbecue and sides are exceptional, and I can’t wait to go back.

Went into Dominick’s because I saw they had some wings on their “May Features”
menu. One flavor really stood out was the Salsa Verde, flavored with cilantro, lime, serrano, honey, molasses, and garlic.
I used to live close by and have had their traditional wings long before I was the wing expert. Not only did I remember they had great wings, but I remember their pizza, pasta, and all their other food was great.

Got their spicy salt chicken wings. Nicely fried with a crisp skin, these wings had chopped up peppers, garlic, and chili flakes. The dish came with tongs to serve the table, because the best wings are wings shared with friends. Not sure if I’m weird, but is it weird to dip Asian wings in sweet and sour sauce?
