Restaurants and bars across Tucson are ready to light up Independence Day 2025 with festive menus, live music and fireworks. Locals can choose from upscale buffets to parties available all day and night through the weekend of July 4.

Red, White & Brew Buffet at Hacienda del Sol

5501 N. Hacienda del Sol Rd.

Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort will host its ninth annual Red, White & Brew celebration. The $110 ticket includes a buffet of classic American fare, live music by The Xcelerators and complimentary beer tastings. The resort provides souvenir aluminum cups with each pour. Line dancing and drink deals at Whiskey Roads

2290 W. Ina Rd.

Whiskey Roads will host a Red, White & Boozy dance party featuring DJ Gregg, DJ Hoss, and dancing. Doors open at 2 p.m., while 6 p.m. marks the beginning of dancing and dance lessons. At 8 p.m., the DJs will take the stage.

Drink specials include $2 jello shots, $3 white teas, $4 Miller Lite and PBR tall cans, $5 Fireball, and $8 Bomb Pops.

Mercado District brings fireworks and food trucks

267 S. Avenida del Convento

The Mercado District and MSA Annex will host a free Fourth of July Fiesta featuring live music, fireworks and over 12 food trucks and vendors.

The lineup includes Waila band Gertie & The T.O. Boyz and DJ MizSkoden. Festivities run from 7 to 9 p.m. with fireworks launching from “A” Mountain after sundown.

Nearby Mercado District food and beverage outlets will be open, including Westbound Bar, Rollie’s Mexican Grill, Seis Kitchen, Agustin Kitchen, Whole Slvce Pizza, Decibel Coffee, and Presta Coffee.

Big Bad Wolf offers music all day

Big Bad Wolf Bar & Grill on North Oracle Road will host two live bands on July 4.

The Bryan Dean Trio performs from 1 to 5 p.m. Amosphere takes the stage from 7 to 11 p.m.

Keeping things laid back, they’ll also offer specials for $2 bottles of Miller lite and $2 hot dogs with a bag of chips.

JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort fireworks & family fun

JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort will host a private fireworks show for diners on its patio at Signature Grill.

Guests can reserve fireworks-view tables for $20. Dinner and drinks are sold separately. The show starts at 8:15 p.m.

Loews Ventana Canyon Resort will spread celebrations across the weekend with lawn games, poolside cocktails, barbecue bites and live music.

At 6 p.m. on July 3, join executive chef Ryan Clark for a four-course dinner showcasing all-American wines.

Their weekly Sunday Blues, Brews & BBQ Brunch will feature some additional touches for the holiday.

Backyard barbecue vibes at Lodge on the Desert

The Happy Hive Market and Lodge on the Desert will serve up cheeseburgers or hot dogs with baked beans and pasta salad starting at noon.

Guests can order drinks from the full bar while enjoying the shaded patio at the historic midtown hotel.

The cookout begins at 12 p.m. on Friday, July 4.
