From 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20, the Tohono Chul Garden Bistro will host a Crooked Tooth Brewery Paired Dinner. Guests will enjoy a five-course experience that blends the region’s seasonal flavors with one of Tucson’s most creative breweries.
The evening will feature five chef-crafted dishes, each paired with a distinct Crooked Tooth beer. The dinner will include two curated menu options: one with meat and seafood, the other entirely vegetarian. Every course will use locally sourced ingredients to reflect Tucson’s diverse food culture.
Each beer pairing is designed to enhance the flavors on the plate. Past Crooked Tooth collaborations have highlighted tart sours, bold lagers, and unique experimental styles.
Organizers will cap ticket sales to maintain an intimate experience, with close-up interactions with chefs and brewery staff.
Reservations cost $135 per person and include all five courses with beer pairings. Tickets are available now on the event site.
Crooked Tooth’s creative brews and Garden Bistro’s seasonal menus share a common goal: showcasing the best of the Sonoran region. The paired dinner continues both teams’ commitment to honoring local farms, artisans, and traditions.
The event also pays tribute to the land’s heritage. Tohono Chul Garden Bistro serves cuisine rooted in the Southwest, while Crooked Tooth has earned a reputation for bold, regionally inspired beer.
Past Crooked Tooth pairing events have sold out quickly. For beer fans and food lovers alike, this collaboration promises a standout evening in Tucson’s late-summer dining calendar.
