Tucson Doobie is thrilled to invite you to the next installment of the Stoney Summer Supper Series on Thursday, August 21 with a five-course cannabis-infused dinner crafted by chef Ken Foy, owner of Dante’s Kitchen + Cocktails. This is a rare opportunity to experience chef Ken’s signature creativity, all while exploring the world of gourmet cannabis cuisine.
Chef Ken, two-time Iron Chef Tucson winner, loves to push the culinary envelope. He first cooked with us in 2023, and featured a siphoned cannabis flower, smoke-filled domes and more (see here). His menu for this upcoming event features flavors such as truffle, octopus and ramen; all utilizing the cannabis of i.o.Extracts and Prime Leaf Dispensary.
