Wild West Meat presents the Birria Madness Festival from 5-11 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15, at 2023 S. Craycroft Road, bringing together Tucson chefs, musicians, and food lovers for one unforgettable evening.
Birria Madness Festival supports the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern Arizona, which helps families facing pediatric cancer. Every ticket, vendor fee, and sponsorship helps provide direct aid and hope to local children in need.
“From tradition to innovation — Tucson chefs have taken birria and turned it into ramen, pizza, and dishes you never imagined,” Organizers Yamilex Rosas and Vanesa Gonzalez said in an email. “Come taste the madness and help us give back and raise proceeds in support of the Candlelighters Children Cancer Foundation.”
The festival is a full-sensory experience with flavors, sounds, and community energy. Visitors can explore over 20 birria vendors, dance to live bands and DJs, and even hop on a mechanical bull.
Festival highlights include:
Some of Tucson’s favorite restaurants are ready to battle for “Best Birria in Tucson.”
