Monday Munchies is supported by Botanica.
Eggroll Masters delivers the kind of snack that takes hold of your cravings and refuses to let go. Their menu goes far beyond a classic Chinese egg roll. It reads like a greatest hits list of comfort food from around the world wrapped in a crisp golden shell.
The shop offers dozens of flavors. Each roll packs a full meal into a tight, crunchy package. Breakfast, appetizers, entrees, and even holiday dinners all show up as fillings. The menu features everything from bacon mac and cheese to bulgogi and rice to Thanksgiving dinner. The customization options feel endless.
While you you can find them at events or outside of businesses based on their schedule, they also feature a robust catering menu.
You can order packs of ten, twenty, or forty rolls. A ten-pack feeds three to four people for thirty dollars. That makes this an ideal choice for group munchies. Sauce cups come in several sizes. A four-ounce cup covers about a dozen rolls for two dollars.
Eggroll Masters turns classic breakfast plates into portable snacks. Choices include Bacon, Egg, and Cheese, Corned Beef Hash, Sausage Egg and Gravy, and Chorizo and Eggs. Each one includes a rich mix of eggs, cheese, and hearty meats like bacon or spicy chorizo.
The Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs roll stands out. It blends chicken fried steak, hash browns, peppered gravy, and eggs. The flavor hits with a satisfying dose of comfort that works for any time of day.
The appetizer section reads like a bar snack wish list. The Bacon Jalapeno Popper roll combines bacon, jalapenos, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, and cream cheese. It delivers heat and creaminess in one crisp bite.
Other flavors include Crab Rangoon, Buffalo Chicken Dip, and a charcuterie roll with salami, Havarti, pickles, and olive oil. These feel made for sharing, but you might eat them all yourself.
The entree list goes wild. You can choose a roll filled with Big Mac ingredients, brisket mac and cheese, Philly cheesesteak, jambalaya, ramen, spaghetti, gyro filling, or Cuban sandwich fixings.
The Big Mac roll takes inspiration from the iconic fast food burger with ground chuck, onion, pickles, American cheese, cabbage, and Thousand Island dressing. The Beef Ramen roll includes noodles, peppers, onion, garlic, and soy sauce.
If you want heat, try the 911 Spicy roll. It features ground chicken, jalapeno, bell pepper, onion, and serranos.
Eggroll Masters also sells wonton chips in flavors like TajÃn, garlic and herb, buttery steakhouse, sweet and smoky, and cinnamon sugar. These work as a crunchy side or a snack by themselves.
You can add sauces like garlic aioli, sweet chili, or sriracha mayo. The sauce menu scales with roll quantity, so don’t run out during a munchies session.
