Suncliffe Gin sent us a collection of holiday-ready cocktail recipes created in collaboration with Tucson bartenders. They built these recipes around ease, warmth, and togetherness, designed for batching and sharing. So break out the punch bowls.

Ingredients
18 oz Suncliffe Gin 4 oz Cultivaro Amaro 2 cups cranberry juice 2 cups sparkling cider 1.5 cups tonic water 1 cup cold water Instructions
In a large punch bowl, combine Suncliffe Gin, Cultivaro Amaro, cranberry juice, and cold water. Add sparkling cider and tonic water. Stir gently to combine. Add ice. Optional – add fresh cranberries or citrus wheels for color. Garnish

Ingredients
9 oz Suncliffe Gin 0.5 oz Cultivaro Amaro 1.5 liters water 0.5 oz lemon juice 1 oz pure honey 4 – 6 cinnamon sticks Instructions
Bring water to a boil. Add tea bags and steep 1 minute. Add Suncliffe Gin, Cultivaro Amaro, lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon sticks. Steep 1 more minute (about 3 minutes total). Serve warm as a batch toddy. Garnish

Ingredients
12 oz Suncliffe Gin 3 oz apricot liqueur 1/3 cup orange marmalade 4.5 oz fresh lemon juice 3 oz Sauvignon Blanc 8 oz cold water 3 oz sparkling wine Instructions
Combine orange marmalade and lemon juice, stir to dissolve, then strain out solids. In a punch bowl, combine Suncliffe Gin, apricot liqueur, and Sauvignon Blanc. Add the marmalade mixture and stir well. Add cold water. Chill for at least one hour. Add sparkling wine just before serving. Serve over ice with grated nutmeg and a lemon cookie. Garnish
