Stoney Supper Returns with Chef Omar Huerta & Prime Leaf Dispensary

Tucson’s cannabis and culinary communities are coming together once again for another Stoney Supper, an infused dining experience presented by Prime Leaf Dispensary.

Taking place on Monday, March 24, the evening features a one-night-only menu from Chef Omar Huerta, head chef at Playground in downtown Tucson.

Check-in begins at 6 p.m., with the secret dinner location shared only with ticket holders. The venue is conveniently located about a seven-minute drive from the University of Arizona, keeping the experience intimate and exclusive.

A Five-Course Culinary Experience [MENU]

Chef Huerta has designed a five-course dinner that blends comfort food, seasonal ingredients, and inventive presentation. Each course highlights his playful style while pairing beautifully with the evening’s relaxed vibe.

The evening begins with a “Puff-Puff Pass” Pretzel Knot, served with cheese sauce and pub mustard.

Next, guests will enjoy a bright and refreshing “Stoner” Fruit & Arugula salad, featuring quinoa, grilled peach, Marcona almonds, goat cheese, mint, and sherry vinaigrette.

The third course brings pasta to the table with Spinach Tagliatelle “Rasta Pasta”, finished with tomato confit, asparagus, and lemon.

For the main course, Chef Huerta serves “Hot Boxed” Chicken Thigh, paired with wild rice, broccolini, and pan jus.

Dessert closes the evening with a whimsical “Garden of Weeden” Basil Cake, served with citrus diplomat cream, pistachio ice cream, and almond brittle.

Three Crafted Mocktails

Alongside the meal, guests will enjoy three thoughtfully crafted mocktails for sister restaurant Hub.

The lineup includes:

  • Hubster’s Paradise – Pear purée and citrus topped with Fever Tree yuzu and lime.
  • Lavender Haze – Honey, lemon, and Fever Tree Sicilian lemonade.
  • Harvest Mule – Seedlip, cinnamon apple syrup, lemon, and Fever Tree ginger beer.

These alcohol-free cocktails keep the focus on flavor while pairing perfectly with the infused culinary experience.

Cannabis Meets Culinary Creativity

Each guest will also receive a goody bag from Prime Leaf Dispensary, the event’s presenting sponsor. Prime Leaf continues to support the local cannabis community through experiences that connect consumers with food, culture, and community.
