35+ Arizona artists, musicians, makers, and culinary creatives transform the rooms, lobby, and pool of Hotel McCoy Tucson into tiny venues for attendees to experience and explore. This event is free, all ages, and open to the public. Shuttle services will be provided.
Tiki Tuesday is back! Enjoy tiki-themed cocktails every Tuesday with live steel drum music and a themed food menu from Terraza Garden Patio & Lounge. If you enjoy your festive mug while sipping on our tasty cocktails then be sure to take one home. All our tiki mugs are available for purchase. Don’t forget to wear your Hawaiian shirt!
Whether you’re a seasoned sipper or a novice, join Zio Peppe Chef/Owner Devon Sanner (who on July 22 will compete to become Tucson’s next Iron Chef) and wine authority Bob Leopardi for this deliciously fun evening. No passport required! Wines will be available to order.
You’ll enjoy three whites: San Lorenzo Gavi from Piemonte. Cortese, a white grape variety, is famously associated with the crisp, lime-scented wines of Gavi, where it’s been grown for hundreds of years. It’s known for its bracing acidity and ability to retain freshness even in warm environments. Apple, peach and honeydew flavors are commonly associated with Cortese wine, with lime, almond and light herbal or grassy aromas. It’s considered Piemonte’s finest white variety and is often credited as introducing the world to Italian white wine.
The Chef at Queen Creek Olive Mill will guide you through a delectable, 3-course culinary experience. Get your pizza date night apron & learn techniques for stretching and tossing pizza dough for the perfect crust while enjoying wine pairings with each course.
