An expanded Tucson Asian Night Market returns at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, offering an evening of street food, live entertainment, and cultural festivities.

Night Market Moves to Rillito Park

Now, the Asian Night Market moves to a larger venue to accommodate its growing popularity. For the fall event, the Heirloom Farmers Market pavilions at Rillito Park offer more space for the anticipated crowd. The venue also provides ample free parking on site.

The inaugural event in May took place at the Tucson Chinese Cultural Center and drew an overwhelming turnout. Organizers consider the May event a first step toward making this market a regular occurrence several times a year.

Street Food & Vendor Highlights

Additionally, the night market showcases a wide range of Asian cuisines from local vendors, reflecting Tucson’s diverse dining scene. The May event’s lineup featured everything from Japanese street snacks to Southeast Asian specialties.

This fall, organizers plan to double the number of food vendors to offer even more flavors. They are still accepting vendor applications (apply here) to round out the roster, inviting local food businesses and artisans to take part.
