The sandwich shop that looks like it’s literally sandwiched between two other buildings is coming in strong with its limited-edition sandwich of the month.
Over at 425 N. Fourth Ave., The Gobbler has waddled back onto the menu at 4th Ave. Deli. For a limited time, the beast of a sandwich, which is a combination of popular Thanksgiving leftovers, is available for $12.
The sandwich is layered with a quarter-pound of Boar’s Head turkey, cranberry sauce, green apple stuffing, green leaf lettuce, Roma tomatoes, and mayonnaise that glues it all together on a toasted Sicilian hoagie roll.
Over the last few years, the 833-square-foot restaurant has not only been popular for its lineup of sandwiches, hot dogs, and desserts but for its affordability and convenience along the Avenue as well.
Currently, the sandwich shop is open from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily and The Gobbler will only be around for a limited time.
